Beneath your teeth and in your hands

Baron of Ferrara, take two.

Game Notes
Having defeated Baron Rizzo Palmeto and his Tallhats, the party spends the night in his former keep. They have a Dream.
The following morning they speak with Tucco, the Seargent of the Watch they found bound in the keep the night before. He assembles the town watch whom the party addresses and shows their writ from the Marquessa. Later they speak with the leading merchants of the town then address the populace of Ferrara, explaining the transition of power and the need to prepare for the orcish invasion.

A visit to the tomb of Rizzo’s predecessor as Baron leads to the discovery of a circlet, a ring and some armor that adorned the warrior statue at the tomb. The party receives a visit from a goldsmith, Rapheal Belara of Sprucci who had arranged to trade an assortment of magical items with Rizzo for a bag of rough diamonds. After much haggling the party agrees to make the trade.

The mage Fistandantilus who the party previously aided comes by the keep as well. He had traveled to a colleague’s tower to perform divination and scrying rituals regarding the symbol that was contained in the puzzle box that he had helped the party solve. His divination showed links to many places in Orvia. He used his colleague’s powerful scrying mirror to scry the strongest link in Sprucci and saw a vision of a hooded council seated at a triangular table. When he tried to get a closer look at them the scrying mirror broke.

The party began planning how to deal with the orcs.
